What this covers
Avolynq is a client-operations workspace. This notice will describe how workspace and account data is collected, used, and retained. The final wording, retention periods, and legal bases are still to be set by counsel and are intentionally not stated here.
Data we expect to handle
- Account identity from our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Workspace content you create: clients, contacts, tasks, notes, timelines, campaigns, and content plans.
- Operational metadata needed to run the service (for example, usage counts for plan limits).
